Competition terms: Revvi 16" XL free prize draw
These terms apply to the free competition to win a Revvi 16" XL electric bike. Each future competition will have its own terms, published before it opens. By entering you agree to these terms.
1. The promoter
The promoter is [PROMOTER NAME], trading as Factory Competitions, of [PROMOTER ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].
2. Who can enter
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. The promoter and members of the promoter’s household can’t enter. We may ask the winner for proof of age, identity and address before handing over the prize.
3. How to enter
Entry is free. No purchase or payment is needed. To enter, create a free account at factorycompetitions.com, confirm your email address, and press “Enter free” on the competition. There is one entry per person, however many accounts or email addresses you have. Entries made before accounts were introduced on 2 October 2026 (with an email address only) remain valid and are in the draw.
We may remove entries that break these terms or our acceptable use rules, including duplicate, automated or fake entries.
4. When the draw happens
The competition closes and the winner is drawn when our Facebook page (Factory Competitions) reaches 3,000 followers. If it hasn’t reached 3,000 followers by [LONG-STOP DATE], the draw will take place on that date anyway. We’ll announce the draw date and time on our Facebook page and email everyone who entered. Entries close when the draw starts.
5. How the winner is chosen
The winner is picked at random from all valid entries, live on our Facebook page, so anyone can watch. The recording stays on the page afterwards.
6. The prize
One brand-new Revvi 16" XL electric kids bike (retail value £734.99). There is no cash alternative. The prize can’t be transferred or exchanged. If it becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we’ll replace it with a prize of equal or higher value.
The Revvi 16" XL is designed for riders aged 8 and over and is for off-road use on private land only, with the landowner’s permission. It is not road legal. The winner is responsible for safe use, supervision of any child rider, and suitable protective gear.
7. Telling the winner and claiming the prize
We’ll email the winner at the address on their entry within 24 hours of the draw. The winner must reply within 14 days to claim the prize. If they don’t, or they aren’t eligible, we’ll draw another winner live in the same way. We’ll arrange delivery to a UK address, or collection, with the winner.
We’ll announce the winner’s first name and county on our social channels, and the draw video will show it. If you’d rather we didn’t, tell us when you claim. We’ll still have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority if they ask. Taking part in any other publicity (photos, videos) is optional.
8. Other terms
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or associated with, Facebook, Meta, Instagram, TikTok or Revvi. We can change or cancel the competition only if something outside our reasonable control makes that necessary. If we do, we’ll tell entrants and treat everyone fairly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Privacy policy
[PROMOTER NAME], trading as Factory Competitions, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us about your data at [email protected].
What we collect
- Your account: first and last name, email address, date of birth (to check you’re 18 or over), phone number if you give it, your password (stored scrambled; we can’t read it), and whether you’ve opted in to marketing emails.
- Your entries: which competition you entered, when, the page you entered from, and the IP address used. We use the IP address to stop bulk and fake entries.
- “Notify me” sign-ups: your email address, which competition you’re interested in, and your marketing choice.
- Security checks: Cloudflare Turnstile checks the sign-up, log-in and password forms for bots, using information about your browser and device.
- If you win: the delivery address and any ID details we need to hand over the prize.
Why we use it (and our legal basis)
- To run your account and the competition, check you’re eligible, contact and deliver to the winner, and send you emails about your entry: to perform our agreement with you (these terms).
- To prevent fraud, bots and multiple entries, and keep the site secure: our legitimate interests in running a fair competition.
- To email you about new competitions, offers and news: your consent, only if you ticked the box. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or by emailing us.
- To keep records we’re required to keep, and to answer the Advertising Standards Authority or other regulators: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We use these service providers to run the site. They only process your data on our instructions:
- Supabase: accounts and the entries database, stored in London, UK.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and bot checks (Turnstile).
- Resend: sending our emails (EU data centre).
- Google Workspace: our email inbox, which receives a notice of each entry.
- For the winner only: a courier, with the delivery details they need.
Some of these providers are US companies. Where data leaves the UK, it’s protected by the UK’s adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Entries: until 12 months after the competition’s draw, then deleted.
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
- Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep a record of your unsubscribe so we never email you again.
- Winner and prize records: 6 years, for our accounts.
- Anti-abuse counters linked to an IP address: 48 hours.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we’ll reply within one month. Deleting your account removes your entry from any draw that hasn’t happened yet. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and storage
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores a few items in your browser that it needs to work: your login session, and which competition you were entering if you leave to confirm your email. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived security token. Because all of these are strictly necessary, we don’t ask for cookie consent. If we ever add analytics, we’ll ask first.
Acceptable use
- One account and one entry per person. Don’t create accounts for other people or use fake or throwaway email addresses.
- No bots, scripts or any automated way of creating accounts or entering.
- Don’t try to get around our security checks, entry limits or access controls.
- Be respectful on our live streams and social channels. We remove abusive, hateful or spam comments.
If you break these rules, we may cancel your entries, close your account, and refuse future entries.
Responsible play
Our current competition is free, and you’re only ever allowed one entry. Entry is for people aged 18 and over. When we run paid competitions in future, set yourself a limit and stick to it, and never spend money you need. If entering competitions or gambling stops being fun, free and confidential support is available from BeGambleAware on 0808 8020 133, 24 hours a day.
